Counseling approach

I believe my clients are capable of experiencing healing when given a safe place to explore wounding.  I value the idea that all behavior makes sense in its context.  Family Systems Theory and Internal Family Systems therapy are the approaches I use to provide a framework in which to explore the relational context and beliefs behind unwanted behaviors and mindsets.  I also utilize EMDR, which is a specific approach in treating trauma.
