Counseling approach

Lindsey believes clients are capable of experiencing healing when given a safe place to explore wounding.  She values the idea that all behavior makes sense in its context.  Family Systems Theory and Internal Family Systems therapy are the approaches she use to provide a framework in which to explore the relational context and beliefs behind unwanted behaviors and mindsets.  She also utilize EMDR, which is a specific approach in treating trauma.
